with the Manpris. Not quite pants but not quite cargo shorts. The 90s was full of combinations and this was one of them. Don't forget the drawstring waist.

Platform hats were a necessity. After all, how else would you shield your eyes from the sun?

At the hype of rap, it wasn't enough to listen to it and talk the talk, but you had to dress the part. The one pant leg rolled up was the way you showed it.

Why decide? During this decade you could wear a combination of both called the Skort. This made decisions much easier.

Such a cheap accessory and a multitude of them to choose from. This simple, yet popular fashion lasted much longer than expected.

The perming industry got a huge boost during this decade. Curls were in and everyone wanted them.
2: One Word... Plaid
The 90s was just chock full of this! Men, women and children all wore it, in any way imaginable.
1: One-Button Overalls
Two buttons was just too much effort, and those who exerted an effort weren't "cool." This is something you saw all the time.
