12: Walmart
Walmart is loved by many Americas for its cheap prices, but it's not loved by its employees -- many of whom complain of poor labor practices. Seriously, if you think you're underpaid, just try working at Walmart for awhile!
11: ExxonMobil
Nobody likes greedy companies, especially greedy companies that avoid paying their fair share of taxes. It doesn't help that ExxonMobile also likes to secretly donate to political campaigns!
10: Electronic Arts
The company that produced The Sims, Electronic Arts, won the 2012 award of 'Worst Company' from the Consumerist as per its "habit of acquiring small start-up video game makers in order to squash competition." It didn't either that EA likes to charge exorbitant fees for "bonus" game content.

3: DirecTV
Ever consider switching out your local TV provider for DirecTV? Think twice, Holmes! They have a horrible track record courtesy of unexpected extra fees, spotty reception and super-duper aggressive telemarketers.
2: Netflix
Everybody used to love Netflix... that is until the company decided in July 2012 to raise its subscriber rates by a whopping 60%. Goodbye Netflix... HELLO, Redbox!
1: McDonald's
Oh yes, we all love an occasional burger combo with fries and a soda, but we surely do not love rude workers, low quality control and cholesterol galore. The latter are so bad at McDonald's that according to Forbes Magazine, McDonald's has a satisfaction rating of only 67 out of 100!
