Reading your kid before bed is the best way to put it to bed. Many parents rely on TV, however, reading their kids bedtime stories will increase their imagination, thinking, empathy and will give them an edge to those kids who spent their nights watching Jersey Shore.
4: Buy your kid an X-box
You should aim to provide a stimulating environment for your kid. At first you should buy your kid toys that involve touching. Trains and Lego are appropriate. At a later age you should get an X-Box, Playstation or a gaming computer. Yes, you've read right. Computer games are actually beneficial for your kids attention skills. However, you should aim to buy only stimulating games with increasing difficulty.
