Make your bread taste like roast beef! Flavor sprays were a quick fad that fell apart, mainly because you simply can't trick your brain that easily.

People actually do try this as a crazy way to lose weight, but we think the doctors that sign off on it are crazy as well.

Now this one is simply crazy. Apparently, stapling the upper part of your ear will help you lose weight. Really? Because we think that would just hurt.

They now make special utensils that signal you when it's ok to take another bite of food. Apparently, taking 90 seconds in between bites will help you lose weight?
4: Sunglasses
Wait, how is this supposed to help you lose weight? Supposedly, the blue lenses will help you keep your hunger at bay. Ok...
3: Confusing Your Body's Metabolism
This diet has you eating 3000 calories one day, and 1000 the next, in an attempt to confuse your metabolism and kick start weight loss. Is simple exercise really all that hard?
2: All Liquid Diets
Drinking all of your food certainly will help you lose weight in the short term, but long term? No, this is a bad fad diet.
1: Tapeworms
Yes, that's right, actual tapeworms. Please, please do not try this at home. People actually swallow parasites and then hope the tape worms will eat their food for them.
