Jane and Leland Stanford founded the University in 1885 in memory of their only son, Leland Stanford, Jr., who died of typhoid fever one month before his 16th birthday.

Located at the heart of London, UCl is ranked 7th in the world. Of its living alumni, Christopher Nolan is probably the most famous one. Massachusetts Institute of Technology is the best university in the world for technology. Internet was created in MIT which by itself is enough to convince us of MIT's qualities.
2: Harvard University
Harvard University is ranked as the best university in USA. Harvard alumni include names such as Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg (although they both dropped out), the beautiful Natalie Portman, Tommy Lee Jones and the movie directors Darren Aronofsky (Pi, The Fountain, Black Swan, Requiem for a dream) and Terrence Malick (The Tree Of Life).
