In one of the closing fight scenes in "The Dark Knight Rises", actor Tom Hardy, who portrays Bane, accidentally attacked real police officers patrolling the area. As the scene was shot on Wall Street with a large number of extras, some officers accidentally blended in while filming and but weren't seriously harmed by Hardy who was unable to see differences due to being "in-character".
