Chernabog is a massive, all-powerful demon who appears as a villain in the Night on Bald Mountain/Ave Maria segment of Fantasia. The huge, nocturnal demon is based on the god of the night in Slavonic mythology. He is considered one of Disney's most powerful and terrifying villains; as the god of evil, he does not work towards a specific goal but exists purely to be evil.

He hates his nephew, Hercules. Hades is smooth-talking, and often tricks people close to Hercules into doing things for him.

Cruella De Vil is the iconic main antagonist of the 101 Dalmatians franchise. She is a wealthy, fashion-obsessed heiress who wishes to use the skins of 99 Dalmatians puppies for a fur coat.
12: Lady Tremaine Cinderella
Lady Tremaine (also known as the Wicked Stepmother) is the main antagonist of Cinderella and its two sequels. The arch-enemy of Cinderella, Lady Tremaine doesn't harm her stepdaughter physically, but seeks to destroy her psychologically, motivated by jealousy of Cinderella's beauty, as it serves to accentuate the ugliness and awkwardness of the stepmother's own daughters, Anastasia and Drizella.
11: Frollo
Judge Claude Frollo is the main antagonist of Disney's 1996 feature film The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He killed Quasimodo's mother 20 years prior to the time of the film on the very steps of Notre Dame cathedral and prepared to drown Quasimodo. The Archdeacon stopped him, and, fearing repercussions from God and especially from Mary, the Virgin Mother of Jesus, Frollo, was tasked with raising him and named the baby Quasimodo in reference to his disfigurement.

The Captain of a crew of pirates, Captain Hook has long since abandoned sailing the high seas in favor of having revenge on Peter Pan for ruining his life (Peter having cut off Hook's left hand and fed it to the Crocodile, considering it "a playful prank").
9: Jafar
Jafar is the Grand Vizier of Agrabah, the Sultan's most trusted advisor, and, unbeknownst to the sultan, an evil magician. Using a snake-shaped staff, Jafar manipulates the Sultan with hypnosis. He searches for the Genie's lamp with the ultimate goal of using it to seize power in Agrabah. In a beggar's disguise, Jafar exploits Aladdin in the course of his search, persuading him to find the Genie's lamp hidden deep within the Cave of Wonders. When Aladdin retrieves the lamp, Jafar betrays him, attempting to kill him.
8: Ursula
Ursula is the main antagonist of the 1989 film. Ursula is based on the "sea witch/sorceress" character in Hans Christian Andersen's story "The Little Mermaid". Ursula is a part-octopus sea witch who "helps" unfortunate merfolk to achieve her own goals. Ursula frequently turns them into polyps and imprisons them. Her appearance is of an obese purple-skinned, white-haired female human with a facial mole, but from the waist down she has six black tentacles.
7: Gaston
Gaston, or Gaston LeGume as he was called in an alternate opening for the film, is the main antagonist from Beauty and the Beast. Gaston is strong and handsome, and is all too aware of this. He is hailed as a local hero, desired by many of the young women of his village, but he is boorish, uncultured and egotistical (the townsfolk don't seem to notice or care, however).
6: Shan Yu
Shan Yu is the evil leader of the Huns and the main antagonist in Disney's 1998 feature film Mulan. Shan Yu is among the most ruthless, and merciless villains ever seen in the Disney universe. He proves that it is not below him to kill his enemies in cold blood to prove his strength.
5: Sid Phillips
Sid Phillips is a disturbed, hyperactive, 13-year-old teenager. He was Andy's terrible neighbor (until Andy moved) and the worst nightmare that any toy could have and likes to destroy and torture toys, such as wanting to initially strap a rocket to Woody but settles for Buzz when he cannot find Woody. He is the main antagonist of the first Toy Story.
4: J. Worthington Foulfellow
"Pinocchio". Honest John is how many animated foxes are portrayed; sly and sneaky. He is also very smart and convincing. He has taken the "easy road" to success, and has never attended school. As a result, despite his cunning and persuasiveness, he can barely read or write.
3: Maleficent
"Sleeping Beauty". Maleficent is often viewed as the most powerful and sinister of the Disney Villains, frequently acting as their leader in many crossovers, and her scenes in the climax of the film are among the darkest and most intense produced by Disney.
2: The Queen
The Evil Queen is beautiful, but narcissistic and cruel. She marries a widowed king who has a daughter called Snow White from his first wife. The Queen envies Snow White's beauty, and so tries to have her killed, setting the story in motion.
1: Scar
Scar is the main antagonist of The Lion King and one of the Disney Villains. He is Mufasa's younger brother and Simba's uncle. He has little physical resemblance to the other lions, with dark fur and a black mane, a skinny build and permanently extended claws. Scar is very charismatic, able to convince an entire pack of hyenas to obey him. However, he shows few true emotions, besides jealousy and anger, and enjoys sadistically toying with his victims. He is the only Disney villain to actually kill someone.
