As if there weren't enough royal scandals happening these days, it seems the Kate Middleton topless photo scandal has gotten even bigger. A lawyer for the disparaged royals have now taken the necessary steps in a Paris court to sue the European tabloids that continue to publish Kate's topless photos, which were taken while Kate and William were vacationing in a private house in the South of France.
