The easiest way to increase your energy levels is by taking a calm but deep breath. Do it slowly-breathe in and breathe out and each time do not stop until you have reached the count of four. Four times repeat the whole process.

10: Waking Aroma
Peppermint. Place two drops of this on a handkerchief and breathe in through your nose carefully and thoroughly. If you have the will and time you might try and add two drops of bathwater and four of rosemary oil and breathe in the same way again.

Instead of cutting cucumbers and tomatoes into a salad, just cut in some spinach. Yes, boys and girls, a proper Popeye the Sailor spinach will lift your spirit and restore energy back to you.
8: Ginseng Miracle
Quite unnatural, maybe not the tastiest of options but the energy given is very worth it. Look for products that contain ginseng in at least four percent and you won't feel weight on your eyelids until the coming of night. Stay sure.
7: Daylight Meals
Eat throughout the day and during the day only. Do not just happen to be in the middle of the night, at 3AM ready to have a roasted chicken and potatoes. You need energy throughout the day, not at night when you should be sleeping. Otherwise day and night will swiftly switch places.
6: Energy Bars
Forget Red Bull, forget alcohol and energy drinks as a whole. Just get a nice chocolate energy bar. It works better, it tastes better, it keeps your body healthier.
5: Fish Provides
Fill yourself up with the ingredient omega 3. You can find omega 3 most easily in oily fishes like tuna and salmon. A delicious way of waking up from unpleasant daydreaming.
4: Noon Coffee
There's the famous easy trick. Three cups of coffee and you would be able to spend the night reading the most boring book of the century without getting the desire of kissing the pillow for goo night.
3: Splash and Shower
That's the staying awake method requiring no meals, no drinks. Just take a gallon of water or more and bombard your whole body with it until you start feeling like a little kid in a pool. One of the best waking up techniques.

Good mood, people. Good mood, that's how it should be done and how it best works. Good mood gets your energy, good mood prepares you for loads of fun 24/7. Be in a good mood and you'll never want to sleep.

Call a friend. The perfect choice. He will do you a massage, he will make you laugh-it works better than any psychological or physical activity, it guarantees you staying awake. Your combined friendship power will keep you awake the whole day and night if you wish for it.
